Dim Sum

Today, Owen, Daddy, and Mommy met some of Daddy's friends from work for dim sum. Owen had dim sum last Wednesday after his doctor's appointment and enjoyed it, so we thought we'd try it again.

Owen fell asleep on the car ride to the restaurant and woke up as we pushed his stroller into the restaurant. He met Aunt Cheli and Uncle Erik, who did such a wonderful job with his nursery and gave him his Tigger toy. Owen really likes Tigger. He looks for Tigger each morning and likes to hug him right before going down for the night.

Owen also met Heather and Sophia (very pretty little red-head with violet eyes), Krista, Shawn, and Ryan (a very adorable precocious 4 year old!). Mommy was too busy feeding Owen and herself, so she didn't whip out the camera during the meal to take pictures of everyone. But before lunch, we did get a couple of pictures...

And here they are.

Here are Aunt Cheli and Uncle Erik. Don't they look great!?!?!? Their daughter is grown and out of the house, so they have time to get all dolled up before venturing out of their house, unlike Mommy and Daddy who will look like slobs for the next 18 years!

Here's Owen trying to use Daddy's pair of chopsticks. His hands are too small to hold both chopsticks in one hand.

Here is Aunt Cheli holding Owen. He thought her hair was pretty...we went to Yogurt World after dim sum and Owen loved being held by Aunt Cheli. He kept touching her long hair.
