Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
This year, we have a lot to be thankful for. Yesterday, we finalized Owen's readoption in the state of California. It was a very exciting time for us (not so much for Owen). But in the end, the State of California, recognizes Owen as our son and he can finally legally and proudly use the Karpp name. In 4-6 months, we will have a new California Birth Certificate for:
Owen Michael Nghia Karpp, son of Kimberly and Richard Karpp
We're thankful for our 2nd child, Dashiell Matthew Trung Karpp a.k.a. Dash. He's such a joy. In a lot of ways, he's like Owen, but in other ways, he's more demanding! Maybe it's his "little brother" status that makes him such a demanding baby. We're not sure, but either way, we love him so much.
We're also thankful that our family has been blessed with two new additions. On July 6th, Owen and Dash's cousin, Aden was born. And on November 23rd, their latest cousin, Iris was born. Both babies are so healthy and not to mention very adorable!
Our parents and family are healthy. We have a roof over our heads and food in our tummy...Yes indeed there's a lot to be thankful for in our family.
We wish all our friends a Happy Thanksgiving and we look forward to spending the holiday season with our friends and family.

Congratulations on Owen's re-adoption! You are right, we all have so much to be thankful for! Can't wait to see all of you!
